ARTICOLO 31 is an Italian funky-rap group, the name is in reference to the infamous Section 31 of the Broadcasting Authority Act of 1960, a law enacted by the Irish Parliament, which constituted a serious threat to freedom of expression, it gave the Irish government the power to prohibit the presence on TV, radio and other means of communication to any party (or political organization) held by the government itself harmful to public order.
ARTICOLO 31 group, borns on '90's in Milan, and formed by J Ax (real name Alessandro Aleotti) - he made also some hits as songwriter, and DJ Jad (Vito Luca Perrini), melding hip hop, funk, pop and traditional Italian musical forms.

I think mind blowing songs but government did not do the right things. it will create more freedom because when you try to stop things those things actually dont stop but also move more fast.
